Each year, the Educational Theatre Association’s awards, grants, and scholarships honor the achievements of individuals and theatre programs, providing award winners with the financial support to attend association events or further educational endeavors

Canadian National Honour Troupe Awards

Canadian National Honour Troupe Award Banners are presented in recognition of notable accomplishments by Canadian theatre programs.

Grants for School Drama & Theatre Programs

Grants are one-time financial awards presented to schools looking to start an International Thespian Society troupe. Each year we award 8 different schools with a full set of troupe start-up funds thanks to our generous partner sponsors.

Scholarships & Grants for Students

These awards are presented to students based on a combination of achievements, merit, and career goals. These are awarded at different CNTF Festivals Across Canada, Last year we saw over $175,000.00 of scholarship money awarded to students at our events.
