Teaching Theatre launched in 1989 to provide professional development resources for our member teachers. The magazine offered timely articles on theatre topics and profiles of outstanding theatre programs, and served as a valued resource for trends or current issues in the field, such as funding, standards, and advocacy. A lot has changed in three decades, and as our teachers have shifted toward consuming content digitally, the association has moved toward publishing exclusively online. You'll find even more of the content you love in our professional learning portal, Theatre Educator Pro. You can access issues back to 2010 in the Teaching Theatre digital archive.
